A: We deliver our jewelry by Omniva parcel machenes across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and other European Union, also worldwide by countries local post.

A: Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within the Baltic countries and 7-14 days for international orders. We usually ship the order the same on next day after the order is made.

A: No, we advise removing your jewelry before swimming or showering to maintain its shine and durability.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders, orders with you chosen letter, orders with engraving and items, where you choose BOTH metal color and length are non-returnable as they are produced individually.
Q: Who covers the return shipping costs?
A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
